These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the consultation and financial markets education courses offered by Stock Market College ("Company"). By availing any of the following offers, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. It is important that you read and understand these terms before proceeding.

Free Access to Tools for the Smart Trader Course

- The free access offer is applicable to the Tools for the Smart Trader Course only upon purchase of the financial markets education course, as determined by the Company.

- This offer may be limited to specific timeframes and subject to change or withdrawal at the Company's discretion.

- The Company reserves the right to revoke access to the course at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

Free Access to 101 of Trading Micro Indices Course

- The free access offer is applicable to the 101 of Trading Micro Indices Course only upon purchase of the financial markets education course, as determined by the Company.

- This offer may be limited to specific timeframes and subject to change or withdrawal at the Company's discretion.

- The Company reserves the right to revoke access to the course at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

Guarantee 1: Success Path Guarantee

- To be eligible for the R500 trading account guarantee, the student must have completed the initial consultation and attended at least one live financial market presentation conducted by Stock Market College.

- This guarantee may be limited to specific timeframes and subject to change or withdrawal at the Company's discretion.

- After completing the consultation and presentation, the student must provide a compelling reason and clearly explain how the Company did not demonstrate how the Financial Markets Education Course will help them learn how to trade forex effectively.

- The decision to provide the R500 trading account lies solely with the Company, and its decision shall be final and binding.

Guarantee 2: Successful Forex Trader Guarantee

- To be eligible for the money-back guarantee, the student must have successfully completed the technical and fundamental analysis module, including submitting six practical trade submissions.

- The six practical trade submissions must be marked and passed by Stock Market College to consider the module as completed.

- This guarantee may be limited to specific timeframes and subject to change or withdrawal at the Company's discretion.

- In case the student is unable to make a successful trade after meeting the above criteria, in order to qualify for the refund, the student must be able to clearly demonstrate that they applied their learnings from the technical and fundamental analysis module and practical trade submissions. 

- In case the student is unable to make a successful trade after meeting the above criteria, they can apply for a refund by adhering to the Company's refund policy. 

- The decision to provide the refund lies solely with the Company, and its decision shall be final and binding.

Guarantee 3: 7-Day Cooling Off Period

- The 7-day cooling-off period commences from the date of enrolment in any of the courses offered by Stock Market College.

- During this period, the student may cancel their enrolment and request a full refund, provided they have not accessed or completed any course materials.

- To initiate the refund process, the student must contact the Company's customer support team within the cooling-off period.

General Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All course content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Stock Market College remain the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright laws. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a student's access to any course at its sole discretion, for any violation of these terms or any disruptive or inappropriate behavior. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the courses or any information provided. Any personal information provided by the student will be handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy. By enrolling in any of Stock Market College's courses and availing the offers and guarantees, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
